It seems likely, given a few open questions that implementing the voting and votecounting system should be done as a MaidSafe app. That will take care of the the disk, processing power and data transmission needs for tens of years to come if I'm understanding this right. To keep the historical history of the votes is key. The MediaWiki already keeps full history of edits. --Juboxi (talk) 22:29, 28 May 2014 (EEST)

I am looking into learning C++ and fixing a dedicated machine for building MaidSafe ( Prlly on Kubuntu14.04.1 ). Lent a book on C++ today. --Juboxi (talk) 17:28, 13 October 2014 (EEST)

Now running 'sudo apt upgrade' on the freshly installed Kubuntu14 in preparation of attempting to install a local MaidSafe Network with 12 nodes that interact with each other according to the rules and make of the network. --Juboxi (talk) 15:51, 14 October 2014 (EEST)
'make local_network_controller' failed with error which I posted to http://MaidSafe.org discussion forum here and hope to get help soon. --Juboxi (talk) 17:42, 14 October 2014 (EEST)
I received help promptly and am happy to say I have a 16-node local MaidSafe network up on a spare box of mine and it took me just 24 hrs. There are big announcements coming about the API and the real thing is coming later in this year. --Juboxi (talk) 17:18, 15 October 2014 (EEST)
