Claims of corruption are filed in the following way:
in the article Claims of corruption or COC
- Claim: Party (company, organisation, country, official or institution): General description of corruption claimed (name of the claim).
- Larger description of claimed corruption
- Jurisdiction (if applicable)
- References and Proof.
- Filed by and Filed date
- Claims may be moved to subpages in the form Claims of corruption/name of the claim
- It is recomendable to use TIPAESA structure in filing the claims
- False and Unsubstantiated claims are moved to False or unsubstantiated claims of corruption where they are stated as being either False claim (proof required) or Unsubstantiated claim (showing that there is no fact to substantiate the claim is enough of proof)
