We go about the development process in the following way

1. Develop initial version of the ConsuML under GPL that enables some portion of the planned Features
2. Start developing the actual software:

• Consumer Agent (for UI)
• Core Server (for administration functions, management of Node Servers, indexing of scattered data and storage of Core Data)
• Node Server for service providers and access points
