The agreement being complying to the Consumerium:Developer FAQ??

Well, that would explain the commitments involved, yes. But presumably you have some notice for all submissions in the Development Wiki that say something about what is agreed to, and this will be somewhat different from the Consumerium:Researcher or Consumerium:Consumer agreement. For instance you seem to want to demand that "no intershop comparison services be made", which is obviously something that developers would have to agree to, if it's to be agreed.
