Dissensus
A dissensus is a consensus only among those who dissent. It is sometimes called counter-consensus or loyal opposition or organized opposition or just the second faction to form (the consensus being the first to form, or the most powerful, or in control of the infrastructure thanks to ownership). A two-party system is one where there is a stable consensus, a stable dissensus, and a stable means of choosing one or the other to control or rule the system and make its most important decisions.
The New Troll point of view is a perhaps optimistic statement that there is a consensus possible among many new arrivals to oppose the status quo. It is however less optimistic than the obviously-incorrect belief that neutral point of view can overcome systemic bias.
