Hello Haitokin and thank you very much to alerting me to the problem that is blocking mobile users from doing anything that invokes a mw:CAPTCHA. Based on the information I could gather I drafted on wiki and posted it on Phabricator: Phabricator T274807 - No CAPTCHA from ConfirmEdit served for users that use MobileFrontend. Let's hope it gets fixed as downgrading CAPTCHA to the few alternatives that seem to be compatible with mw:Extension:MobileFrontend would not be desirable because of even lower protection against automated editing by bots.
