• Limited Liability Company or LLC (also LTD in UK_en and Inc in US-en )
• Genral Partnership
• Limited Partnership
• Sole Trader

I think these last ones are not so commonplace

• Co-operative
• Limited Liability Partnership (In UK at least, very new)
