Talk:What we are supposed to be doing and in what order

Hey, this rules. Trolls have never seen such a clear description of what matters and in what order. Where does the licenses fit into this exactly, and sourceforge publicity? Presumably this is very tied to instructional capital although sourceforge is publicity too (social capital).
