Consensus decision making

From Consumerium development wiki R&D Wiki

Consensus decision making refers to giving very small minorities or single objectors power to block decisions and choose not to participate in actions. Methods vary on how long they can block, whether they can prevent or refuse cooperation in the action, and remain members of the group as such.

See w:consensus decision making for a version that sysop power structure tolerates but does not practice, in fact, which it wilfully ignores.
