    * Take couple of [[rye bread]] halves and stick 'em in the toaster.
    * Butter them.
    * Put plenty of [[gravad lax]] ( salted salmon kept in a fridge under wraps and weigh for a 1 - 1.5 days or more if you didn't put much salt on it )
    * Put plenty of [[horseradish]] paste
    * Enjoy while warm.
