    The box I installed Debian on was all segmentation faulty burned up hardware and I'm hoping to get another (hopefully working) old box to install Debian on next week so I can try out GORC and other software. Luckyly our [[Development Wiki]] is running on reliable http://pingviini.net server.

    The [[Development Wiki]] has now moved to <tt>http://develop.consumerium.org/wiki/</tt> with rewrite in the old <tt>http://www.consumerium.org</tt> so that all requests to the <tt>wiki/</tt>-subdirectory get rewritten to use the new domain. This leaves the <tt>www</tt>-subdomain available for something else.

    Contacted Jrg Schulenburg, the author of [[GORC]], a [[GPL]] Optical Character Recognition softaware by email. It looks like GORC could be used as [[product recognition]] server software.
