Today I updated the MediaWiki to 1.3.11 (the latest in the 1.3.X-branch. Passwords have been chnaged but due to the policy of our current host that all Apaches run under the same UID/GID it's possible that some other user could snoop the new password for MySQL.

But before we move to a dedicated host it is not certain that no-one is tampering with the MySQL.
