Consortia

Industrial consortia include the ITU, W3C, Java and others which may be relevant to healthy signal infrastructure. Other standards such as ISO and IEEE will certainly become involved.

There are pseudo-consortia like the Free Software Consortium, which are probably too loose and technology-driven to be helpful. But they do claim to try to implement Agenda 21 objectives, which most consortia don't. They might be convinced to support fair trade and other objectives of Consumerium Services.
