Verified Users exist in Publish Wiki and perhaps in Research Wiki when they get built.
Verified means that the identity has been verified by Consumerium staff by Internet + Phone or some other verifiable identification. Verified users are usually representing an organisation.
Initially they will be identified by making a page like in User:Juxo/Verified User, which is protected.
Eventually, when we get to hacking the code Verified Users are recognized by their Green user names as opposed to Blue for ordinary users and Red for those who haven't introduced themselves
