ECCnet is operated by The Electronic Commerce Council of Canada (ECCC) a Canadian not-for-profit corporation and the access they offer to profits and non-profits are clear and available. Their service pricing scheme is very similar to EANnet Australia which is also a non-profit product registry

They have a really nice web page which works and their approch and communiques are well thought out, so go visit them.
