Consumerium.org uses a self-hosted Matomo On-Premise instance for analytics which is located in Helsinki, Finland for the MediaWikis and also Wordpress at consumerium.org and kuluttajisto.consumerium.org
You can download, install and host it on premise yourself or use the subscription based cloud service. (free trial deal, no credit card required)
