A w:trade bloc is a large group that only trades with each other freely and has tariffs or rules to restrict trading with others, e.g. NAFTA, EU. I assume what Consumerium wants to create is a "moral trade bloc", although not a uniform one with all the same morality.

A w:trade block presumably is something else? A "block" on trading?
