Making and verifying backups and taking a snapshot in preparation for upgrade to latest MediaWiki LTS 1.43.10

Lots of backend work was done and now the security of the servers are in much better shape. A new backupping script was developed, tested and applied. All the wikis were upgraded to latest LTS 1.43.9. The underlying server was upgraded to Debian Stable from old-stable.

Upgrade to 1.43.8 seems to have gone well. Going to take another set of backups and snapshots now that all wikis of this server are the latest LTS version.
