Verified User

Verified Users exist in Publish Wiki and perhaps in Research Wiki when they get built.

Verified means that the identity has been verified by Consumerium staff by Internet + Phone or some other verifiable identification.

Verified users are recognized by their Green user names as opposed to Blue for ordinary users and Red for those who haven't introduced themselves
