Intra-shop navigation is a feature of Consumerium Services
The consumer can choose a product from a tree-like menu or enter it's name and the system tells on what row, on which side of the row, on what part of the row and on which shelf the desired product can be found or if the desired product is not found there is the possibility to get Inter-shop navigation advice that directs you to the closest shop stocking what you need.
This feature can have a small effect on employment provided by the store since customers require less service from the store staff.
The implementation of this feature is totally dependent on cooperation between retailers and consumerium and it is not the highest of priorities but more of an value-added service.
