Wiki regime change is the process of removing all usurpers from a large public wiki and replacing them with those who put the mission above the current clique's social goals. The best known example is the project for m:Wikipedia regime change to remove or reform Wikimedia into an actual encyclopedia publisher. This is advocated by the Wikipedia Red Faction - and many many others.
Some view it as the ultimate battle between trolls and sysop power structure of a large public wiki.
