When Consumerium itself makes a public statement about its mission or purpose, we say it has chosen to publish itself. Any intent or desire to do this, or complaint about same, should link to this page, Publish:itself.

The sum of all such links define our mission and purpose to the world via publications and helps us corrects misimpressions revealed by research into the project's image, states [[develop:itself|new directions for development to take, and explains new definitions for its mission that arise from internal feedback.

A project that reliably only chooses to publish itself, via its own Publish:policy, can be said to be autonomous and reflexive, and not to be under the control of any group or faction. Failing to apply the same standards to publications about itself, as to publications about any other company or organization, will weaken project credibility to the point where probably no one will care about it at all.
