Talk:Permission-based model

We need a large public wiki/Troll Hate Index to figure out just how far "they" are willing to go to stop "us". For instance Wikipedia permits sysop vandalism but seems to want to draw the line at sysop vigilantiism (not sure they can, as it's the same people doing both).
