Talk:Infrastructure owners trust

From Consumerium development wiki R&D Wiki

Moving beyond this primitive ritualistic way of assigning power to a real board that has powers to make critical decisions is quite necessary for Consumerium Services to be delivered. The Consumerium Governance Organization will be independent of any particular infrastructure owner, operator or editor.

Actually I can't see any sense in the last sentence. the CGO will bear the burden of exactly being the owner and operator of computer systems that enable Consumerium Services --Juxo 11:28, 17 Jun 2004 (EEST)
Only in the beginning, to get Transparent Consumerium going. Then we build Distributed Consumerium which is dependent on no particular owner of anything, so CGO can just focus on the protocol. Remember, no matter what we do, we will never own everything.
