This whole debate about wikis vs. bets vs. scoring vs. voting to decide whether Research Wiki stuff should get to Publish Wiki is all really about what answers to questions to recommend: it's all about answer recommendation of some kind.

So let's debate that here, not everywhere else.

Questions: what answers do researchers need to see? what do citizens need to see? what SUBSET of that does the Publish Wiki see? what gets moved into argument form, e.g. TIPAESA
