The Consumerium buying signal probably relies on individual buying criteria, but these must combine institutional buying criteria (those of a faction or those of an institution or government for which one buys) with some concept of value - at the deepest, moral values. This is a quite powerful model, which among other things assumes that only individual capital can have values, while an institution can only have criteria or standards. Which is I think accurate.
