- Yes and apparently there also are cargo cult encyclopedists who think that a pile of ordinary people doing damage to articles they do not understand with no proper guidance with legitimate moral values constitutes a substitute for Britannica or Encarta. Like science or programming it seems form outstrips function in many groups.
