Reinstall

A reinstall is the most common way to work around a lockout. It should not work. However, an attempt to reinstall may indicate a sincere attempt to get the healthy signal infrastructure to recognize paid or authorized users who are not being recognized for some technical reason.

So, the installer should check for current authorizations in real time as a condition of installing, rather than relying strictly on files on the disk.
