Editing Consumerium:Intermediate page format

There are expected to be at least six types of such pages, and just enough examples of each type here in the [[Development Wiki]] to guide us to a [[pilot]]:''

*[[Consumerium:intermediate region page]]s, e.g. for [[Sumatra]], [[Niagara]], to focus in on [[ecoregion]] and [[urban region]]s with specific abuse issues or opportunities to support great initiatives, e.g. [[Slow Food]] or [[Peace Committee]]s.

This page would largely serve to help people identify [[healthy signal infrastructure]] concerns and make choices to, e.g. minimize [[tantallum]] use, or maximize [[Consumerium Service access]], or otherwise patronize our friends (and punish our enemies out of business entirely).  See [[buy book]] for examples of how this might be done.  Effectively these pages are about the [[institutional buying criteria]] of the [[Consumerium Governance Organization]] itself, and how it expands operations.  Note that we probably are somewhat more forgiving of various bad practices by suppliers essential to build out the infrastructure initially, but that we must swap out bad suppliers for good ones over time.  These pages might go away when the [[healthy signal infrastructure]] is stable all over the planet!

Elements of each type of page are dealt with separately as linked above.  They will have some format elements in common, e.g.

*[[Consumerium:Consensus]] - Summarizes majority user opinions, with documented sources, similar to [[Neutral point of view]] but with some means of balancing [[systemic bias]]es
*and then [[factionally defined]] or at least [[faction]]-scored

*and then perhaps individually authored [[Campaigns]] or [[comment]]s, which might be seen only by those who trust those people as individuals, these could be arranged so that there is a 
**[[Consumerium:Campaigns on X]] page wherein the [[score]]s combined with a link to distinct [[campaign]] pages are collected and this page is used to record campaign balances for [[The Consumerium Exchange]] type of collation of opinions. Notice the design change from [[Opinion Wiki]] plans wherein the [[score]] was a sub-page of the [[campaign]] in question. This new approach is more workable since campaign effect (automatic cascading was previously discussed) can be manually changed and campaigns have become more flexible wherein the same campaign that has a -2 score for [[Company X]] can also affect [[Company Y]] with a score of +2 for example.

If your [[individual buying criteria]] are constructed strictly from those of [[faction]]s, weighing them in some way, it becomes easy to decide what will be shown to you.
