CC-sa is a standard abbreviation for the Creative Commons Share Alike license variations. These are open content licenses that are roughly equivalent to GFDL - usually the CC-by-sa is considered to be the closest equivalent. However as many trolls contribute under GFDL who spurn and contest attribution it may well be that the CC-sa comes to replace the GFDL in some circumstances.
