APC Action Apps are GPL licensed tools for nonprofit use only.

There are issues with using a strict GPL license base for all our work here: While APC is an attempt to build a solid instructional capital base that will be available for all such profits to use, there appears to be no common value system, e.g. no requirement that the nonprofits only be devoted to say green purposes, and no protections against destructive nonprofits. A Global Warming promotion society or an arms industry lobby group could also use these same tools to do vast harm. Or, use a modified Consumerium to compete directly as per worst cases. So there probably are reasons why this whole project should not all be licensed under GPL like Action Apps is. See Consumerium Software License for more discussion on this issue.
