Control verb

A control verb is a verb that controls a system, including its human elements, e.g. ban, desysop.

A reflexive system treats control verbs very similarly to any other content.

A special case of a control verb is a command verb that actually is encoded in the system, such as "edit" or "save" or "protect", all of which can be applied to any wiki page.
