Multi-language support

Multi-language support is a feature of Consumerium Services.

This feature was originally thought up when the Design Paradigm was more XML centered and it's implementation using wiki code is quite unclear since there is no guarantee of articles in different languages having matching content.

Some of this can be implemented though as a shopping focused dictionary type of service.
