Consensual point of view

Revision as of 17:14, 2 July 2004 by 142.177.108.38 (talk)

Similar to neutral point of view (also single point of view) but without the claim of objectiveness or absolute truth. Factionally defined terms are allowed but only in the context of explaining that faction's view.

Such articles easily splinter into multiple point of view, or are neutered. See non-neutral point of view for various perspectives on this neutering.

The community point of view (with its attendant systemic bias and authorization of sysop vandalism) is itself a consensual point of view - where those who are "not part of the community" are held to count for nothing.
