I think this concept is basically not a concept. We'd be better off not trying to invent this non-concept, since, it's not at all clear that anything can be said about any one method of voting in a wiki different from w:voting systems in general.

Using the correct technical terms to describe voting systems can't be bad, this is an argument to ditch "direct" and "indirect" too, as meaning nothing useful - see voting.

Methodological pluralism is made much harder by voting systems of any kind, since they imply one time at which a decision must be made for good... which is itself a form of methodological purity.
