I am the sysop but I will also follow the Rules and Guidelines. I might also change them ;)
I'm thinking that
- Use GPL for source code.
- Use JXTA to save processing power, storage and bandwidth.
- Use GNU_FDL for content.
- Use element level GnuPG signatures for authentication.
- Use XACML for access control.
