The "usual happy NPOV talk" according to Jimbo Wales, GodKing of Wikimedia, "is that Wikipedia is nonpolitical, and neutral. A ban of Wikipedia is not a ban of propaganda or antigovernment stuff, just a ban of information." This of course is exactly what the CIA says about the Voice of America. The New Troll point of view is the opposite of the "usual happy NPOV talk". In Wikipedia circles it is promoted by Wikipedia Red Faction.
