Methods of deliberate harassment used by some users of large public wikis:
- denial of service attack,
- false crime report,
- false accusations of terrorism,
- require response to hearsay,
- libel,
- outing,
- slander,
- framing
These are the modus operandi of Wikimedia in particular, well known as a very bad example of wiki management and probably the worst example of wiki governance among surviving large wikis. They are resisted strongly by the Wikipedia Red Faction who see to have those who do these things driven off by trolls.
The Consumerium Governance Organization should have strict policies against all these forms of harassment.
