A trademark is a monopoly on some social capital signalled by a brand name or [[service mark][]. It is protected under different laws that have lately become very similar due to globalization.
Consumerium Governance Organization has to make some important decisions about how to deal with this type of monopoly and problems and opportunities that it creates for the Consumerium License.
One use is to require a test suite for any product using the trademark. This requirement is in most consortium licenses and has been used even to shut down Microsoft, e.g. their Java libraries which really weren't Java's.
