The "usual happy NPOV talk" according to Jimbo Wales, GodKing of Wikimedia, "is that Wikipedia is nonpolitical, and neutral. A ban of Wikipedia is not a ban of propaganda or antigovernment stuff, just a ban of information." This of course is exactly what the CIA says about the Voice of America.
