It seems likely, given a few open questions that implementing the [[voting]] and votecounting system should be done as a '''[[MaidSafe]]''' app. That will take care of the the disk, processing power and data transmission needs for tens of years to come if I'm understanding this right. ::: I received help promptly and am happy to say I have a 16-node local MaidSafe network up on a spare box of mine and it took me just 24 hrs.
