Made and verified backups, upgraded the MediaWiki to latest stable LTS 1.39.3 and switched default skin to [[mw:Skin:Vector/2022]]. Shut down the [[test wiki]] which had [[mw:Extension:Wikibase]] and [[mw:Extension:LinkedWiki]], see [[knowledge graphs]] for what ''should'' be done. Made and verified backups again and going to take a snapshot of the system disk.
