Considering [[mw:Extension:Cargo]] and [[mw:Extension:Page Forms]] for structured data in-wiki for [[ssfwiki:SSF:About|SSFWIKI]]. Other alternative would be [[mw:Wikibase]].

The case of SSFWIKI is much simpler whereas Consumerium's case is very complicated to start with because of the vast interoperability demands for the [[knowledge graphs]]. In SSFWIKI I would use Cargo mostly for storing metadata about outgoing links and generate user friendly lists from those. 

Yaron Koren wrote Cargo and he has also written the [https://workingwithmediawiki.com/book/ ''''''Working with MediaWiki''''' book at workingwithmediawiki.com]. In the book the relevant parts are found in [https://workingwithmediawiki.com/book/chapter16.html Chapter 16 - ''Cargo and Semantic MediaWiki''] and [https://workingwithmediawiki.com/book/chapter17.html Chapter 17 - ''Page Forms''].

The experience from setting up a simpler case would help me learn how it would be possible to solve the things that Consumerium needs to function.

Last night I uploaded some images and noticed that the thumbnailing system is not working as it should. Looking at [[Special:ListFiles]] I notice that if the images are small enough, they do not meet the thumnailing criteria (maybe). This is probably some software component failing silently i.e. without throwing an error message. I have reached out for help in irc. The other wikis are working fine, but they are on a completely different server.
