:It makes more sense to refer to the [[Consumerium buying signal]], which is basically what comes out of the [[Signal Wiki]] in final form, and to the [[healthy buying infrastructure]] that allows this signal, and other signals, to move around on it between users.  To talk about a "[[healthy buying signal]]" could really be talking about just about anything.  But here we mean the Consumerium signal in particular when we say that (so it's now redirected).
:Capturing data at that point is useful but would require very [[friendly retail]]ers to share it, at least statistically.
