Mutual cognition

From Consumerium development wiki R&D Wiki

Mutual cognition means two or more entities so totally agree with something that they can act on it together within some fixed period of time. Without this, simultaneous policy is impossible, and scientific method wouldn't work either.

Usually this doesn't happen without common values and perhaps also some common interests forcing them to agree within that time frame.

Moral cognition is mutual, or else, someone is just following their own muse.
