Heretic

A heretic is a person who is considered by a power structure to fail to believe in the things that are important to those people retaining power.

Some, but not all, accusations of trolling are motivated by a desire to keep power in the hands of a few, a "cabal".

Such terminology as wiki witchhunt is closely related to the idea of trolls as heretics.
