A troll bridge is a more objective or less contentious article or concept or topic that quarrelling trolls can agree to work on and come to consensus about before moving on to other more contentious matters.

Finding such an article is one way to help users in conflict to resolve issues. It is a pretty basic requirement in Wiki Management especially on a large public wiki.
