Adbusters is running what they call a True Cost Economics campaign. http://adbusters.org/metas/eco/truecosteconomics/ This is a Proper Name for a specific version of something called full cost accounting which has been around forever, see ISO 19011 for a very detailed modern version. The Adbusters kind of propaganda version is intro'd: "The current economic model has failed us. Too bad the model's apologists won't admit it. Their system continues to ignore human and environmental welfare and Alan Greenspan can't tell us whether we're going forwards or backwards. But this website offers a blueprint for an economic paradigm shift. Get some background information about economics in the Old paradigm and New paradigm sections, roll up your sleeves and launch into the action. Ecological economics pioneer Robert Costanza likens conventional economics to a bucket full of water that's ready to tip. All it needs is a jolt. So let's kick it over. "
