Seems like a sane article, but there isn't a a system that is run without other people/systems holding more power then others. Take an classical example: The democratic process. In theory it is about all the people having equal right to use power but in practice those holding power in [[media]] can affect the light in which all of the candidates are seen thus having a larger impact on the result then just any person. :True. Chomsky and Herman wrote about this a lot, about how [[propaganda]] was required to hold the idea of [[democracy]] itself together. So the question of "who gets the last edit" is even more important, isn't it, in this view?
