Editing Social capital

The '''social capital''' of Consumerium is the [[trust]] people have in it, and those who devote their free time ([[individual capital]]) and reputations to it. A [[social network]] of people recognizes and redistributes social capital - in the form of helping those in need, e.g. by [[harms reduction]].

It substitutes for [[financial capital]] to the degree that less money is required if trust is high enough to attract volunteers.  It also substitutes for [[instructional capital]] to the degree trust makes complex and sabotage-proof instructions unnecessary.  It can even substitute for [[infrastructural capital]] if equipment is offered to the project by those who trust it.
